How your information is used.

Atelier Français is a small French tutoring business run by Zach Joseph in Ontario, Canada. This page explains, in plain language, what information I collect and what I do with it.

What I collect

When you send the contact form, I receive the details you choose to enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, your student's grade range (optional), whether you'd like lessons online or in person, and your message.

How I use it

• To reply to you and arrange lessons or a consultation
• To send lesson updates, practice and invoices once lessons begin

I never sell your information, share it with advertisers or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it's stored

This website is hosted by Netlify, and form messages are stored with Netlify and sent to my business email. These services may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. I delete form messages from the website host once I've received them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising, analytics tracking or cookies, and it doesn't load anything from third-party services while you browse.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing bonjour@atelierfrancais.ca.
